Lunch and Learn
One hour session where the three Rs are discussed and taught. Participants should be prepared to move some, but nothing needs to change from the normal workday. Give us one hour and we can transform the participants mental and physical state. Our goal during lunch and learns is to pack as much information into one hour and leave each participant with a renewed sense of purpose.
Eight Week Mindfulness Course
Eight- week course where mindfulness is taught once a week for 20-30 minutes. The program works on the ABCD’s of mindfulness and moves from a focus based mindfulness training to an open awareness mindfulness training. In addition to mindfulness training, participants work on mental strategies like patience, kindness, and acceptance.
Conference & Trade Shows
Breakout sessions where the three Rs are discussed and the focus of purpose is established. Each trade show is unique and we work with your company's specific needs.
